KOMPAR (www.kompar.se) is a Polish & Swedish Fintech company growing at a rapid pace. The company, founded by Philip Kornmann (Advanon & Google) and Marek Pietrzak (Kreditech, Zalando & Deutsche Bank), has the goal to become the largest SME financing broker in Europe. Currently operating on the Swedish market, the team is now expanding both in Warsaw and Stockholm. 

The role

The position will be based in Warsaw (currently partially remote) and your main role will be to support our customers as well as our marketing initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include

  • Leading customer success operations: helping customers across the journey and driving weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Being an intermediary between the clients, and the financial and distribution partners
  • SEO & Content: creating content for blog, taking part in other SEO initiatives

What we look for

  • Fluency in Swedish
  • A hands-on, can-do mentality ready to get stuff done, no matter if one has the experience of doing a task or not
  • A result-driven and structured person
  • Eagerness for new challenges and drive to excel
  • Fluency in English
  • Nice to have: previous experience in similar roles
