Ninja Lender is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Warsaw.
You will be a core part of the company and will work in close cooperation with the CEO from state of the art office in Google for Startups Campus.
The main responsibilities will be business development, acquiring new B2B clients and partners, product management support and marketing-related activities.
You will learn about banking law, GDPR/RODO and PSD2.
Our target customers are banks and credit institutions thus experience in B2B sales and knowledge from the lending industry is a plus but not a requirement
We are looking for a team-oriented person who is able to work independently and take responsibility from day one.
You must be fluent in English, be ready to “knock on the doors”, have a proactive mindset, and thrive in a changing environment with lots of opportunities for growth.
It requires a full-time commitment, remuneration starts from 6500 PLN net monthly salary (B2B contract) + percentage of the option pool.
Ninja Lender is a Fintech startup based in Estonia and Poland, originally from Ukraine. We built a B2B marketplace for banks and lending companies to buy and sell rejected loan applications. This generates an additional revenue stream and a source of verified leads. With our solution credit institutions provide better customer experience and offer an alternative loan channel as an added value for their clients. It also helps borrowers quickly find another loan provider. From October we are part of the Poland Prize program powered by Huge Thing. And we are working hard on launching our platform in Poland.
